Charming Italian house, home-like interior, renovated bathroom, friendly host, convenient location.

All was good.

Despite the negative experience, there were a couple of positive aspects. the host was quick in giving us the key and tried to accommodate our needs as best as they could. the apartment had a big kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom, which were both nice features. overall, the numerous issues and lack of cleanliness overshadowed these positive aspects.

The apartment was not as advertised and had several issues. the kitchen was poorly equipped with only one cup and two glasses.

The value we got for our money was really good. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfy bed and a nice view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with the city center and everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we could store our bikes securely inside the hallway.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a more varied menu.

The spacious apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a beautiful bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised when the host provided us with a brand-new water kettle upon request. The host also went above and beyond by cleaning the apartment and changing the bed linens multiple times during our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, with three supermarkets and several cafes within a short walking distance.

The friendly host promptly provided us with a new water kettle and even cleaned the apartment and changed the bedclothes during our stay. The location was good, with three supermarkets and several cafes nearby. The staff were helpful, allowing us to store our baggage after check-out. The fast key delivery and efforts to fulfill our needs were appreciated. Free wi-fi, an electric kettle, paid airport shuttle, and a flat-screen TV were available. No pets were allowed and it was a non-smoking property.
